Havent you simply just tried to change the mouse? Smells badly of hardware (mouse) problem where you have thumbs-buttons to back off from the current sites in different browsers, it also could cause the inability of using mentioned problems while trying to use that mouse.

For disk management please widen two columns before posting an image:
    a) Status
    b) Volume
    View each row.
Make sure that the characters are not cut off and that all the letters are in full view.

Disk Management - How to Post a Screenshot of

For startup and recovery system failure:
    a) uncheck automatic restart
    b) reboot

It can be easy to miss BSOD crashes when automatic restart is checked.
When it is unchecked for a BSOD crash you should see a window with bugcheck and : (
Sometimes you may see a misbehaving driver in the form: *.sys
At the very beginning of a crash if you see the window it may display a % counter.
If you see the % counter allow it to rise to 100% so that there is sufficient time to create the dump file.

Post an image of Virtual Memory:
In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings
    > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > under performance options > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory tab into the thread

When available please post results for:
    Sea Tools
    chkdsk /r /v

And please update the status of:
    a) Macrium backup image
    b) resetting the BIOS

SeaTools after running the long generic test both of my drives passed.

I also reset my bios no performance change.

What did you want me to do with Macrium Backup?

I will run the chkdsk shortly.

    Quick interruption....

Have you switched keyboards? Tap the backspace key a couple of times. Is it sluggish or does it feel like rest of keys.

You may have already switched key boards and you can just ignore this post.

    Does the snipping tool work?
If it does then please use it to post images into the thread as the images posted are hard to read.
The Macrium backup is the margin of safety in case there are boot problems, registry operating system problems, etc.

Once the chkdsk /r /v has completed on each drive use the txt and images in this thread to find the reports in the event viewer > copy and paste> notepad > post one drive or drop box share links into the thread
Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10
