The logs will be scanned and read.
Depending upon what is seen in the logs will determine the next step.

I am currently executing a stystem restore to before I started messing with the drivers. After that I will run the BETA log collector. After both of those processes what should my next step be?
I'm glad you are restoring back to before. Next step. IMO, would be to wait for zbook to take a look at the logs you post. He's a crackerjack at analyzing it.

After the log collector is used there will be a folder on the desktop.
It is this folder that you will upload into the thread for troubleshooting.

I thought that was the folder I uploaded?

What was uploaded was the log collector instead of the collected logs.

When the computer is powered on now what do you see and hear?
What were the steps made after using the Kyhi boot rescue flash drive?

    Perform the following steps:
    1) Turn off Widows fast startup:
Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10
    2) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings
    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery into the thread.
    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > under performance options > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory tab into the thread
    3) The BIOS: Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 1902, 6/27/2016
    Upgrade the BIOS: 1902 > 3801
    Code:
    Version 3801
    2018/04/208.14 MBytes
    Z170-E BIOS 3801
    Improved system performance.
    Updated Intel CPU microcode.
    Improved DRAM compatibility.
There were 8 BIOS upgrades that were missed.
    Many displayed increased system performance.
    Z170-E Driver & Tools | Motherboards | ASUS USA
    4) Install any other drivers from the Asus website that are not up to date
    5) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    6) sfc /scannow
    7) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    8) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
    9) chkdsk /r /v
This may take many hours so plan to run overnight.
Use the syntax chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v D: changing the drive letter to the applicable drive

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type Y
    reboot

    10) Use the txt and images in this thread to find the chkdsk reports in the event viewer > copy and paste > notepad > post one drive or drop box share links into the thread
Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10

    11) What was the over clocking history?
    12) Make a brand new restore point after the above steps
    13) Make a backup image using Macrium
Macrium Software | Your Image is Everything
    14) Save the backup image to another drive or to the cloud
