Open device manager > click view > show hidden devices > expand all rows > look for any row that displays an icon that is a yellow triangle with a black exclamation mark or an unknown device > report into the thread

Under other devices there is an unknown device with a yellow triangle. I have no other devices connected via usb except my mouse and keyboard if that matters.

See if you can take a picture with a camera or smart phone camera and post an image into the thread

Are you able to run administrative command prompt?
If you can then type: sfc /scannow and report the results into the thread

And as dalchina commented please run the RAM testing.

Run Memtest86+ version 5.01 for 8 or more passes.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
The more the passes the better the test.
If there is just one error you can abort the testing.
Then if there are multiple RAM modules remove all of them and test one at a time in the same DIMM for 8 or more passes.

Yes I can run the admin command prompt, if I disable the unknown device or enter task manager the problems stop temporarily.

I will run some tests and post my results a little later in the day. Thanks for the technical support.

    Nice progress.
    Your welcome.

    Memtest86+ version 5.01 typically takes 1 -2 hours / GB RAM.

Today, I was away from my pc the majority of the day. However I started the mem test 5.01, taking a little longer than expected 1 pass so far. Otherwise the issues seem to be getting worse daily no new symptoms.

How many RAM modules and what are the GB each?
    Are they DDR3 or DDR4?

Memtest86+ version 5.01 runs with a negligible amount of windows so it should run smoothly once started. The more passes the better when ruling in or out RAM /DIMM /MB problems. A minimum of 8 passes are needed so that it reduces the false negatives. In general the more the passes the better the testing as on rare occasions it has taken passes in the 20 to find malfunctioning RAM.

Once the RAM testing has completed use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread.

After the RAM testing has completed a link will be posted to troubleshoot the listing with the yellow triangle icon.

Thanks for the information. I have 2 8gb sticks of ddr4. I also executed sfc /scannow in command admin, no problems were detected.

For a long time the Memtest86+ version 5.01 has been used to test RAM.
This software may no long perform optimally as it has been many years since it has been updated.
With DDR4 RAM we have started shifting to Memtest86: MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool
This software may need to be used for better testing.

Sorry for butting in. Did you solve this device driver?

If not, right click device you are having issue with, click “Properties”, click on “Details” tab, in “Property” box use the drop down to select “Hardware IDs”, copy and paste first line in “Value” box to Google. Google can usually tell you what device driver you are looking for.
