Hi, do you have a System Restore point set before you made these changes you could use? (Note: SR is only available if you have specifically enabled it after any Windows install or upgrade, and is seen here as unreliable when restoring- either works or will not).

Otherwise, do you have a disk image you can restore? We keep urging users to use disk imaging routinely. E.g. Macrium Reflect (free).

It's not obvious to me why context changes to the New menu would give rise to the unnamed icons shown in your Navigation (left) pane. Are you certain following steps in that tutorial was the only thing you did?

What happens if you double click on one of the unnamed icons? And rt click, Properties? Please post a screenshot.

Your icon/shortcut issues aside- how is your PC even running with almost no free space?
That's your priority to sort out.

Not sure why you're referring to Win 7 tutorials:
Add or Remove Default New Context Menu Items in Windows 10

No I don't have a system restore, this happened some time ago, no disk image either, I think I followed the steps correctly, if I click on a shorctur it gets highlighted but nothing happens, like really nothing, Yes I just deleted a bunch of stuff and now I have 60GB on C, Lol.

    What do you see in
    C:\Users\<your profile name>
    ?
    Could you post a screenshot?

Also please post the result of both of these from a command prompt:
    dir C:\Users\<your profile name> /ASH
    and
    dir C:\Users\<your profile name>
