Hey, yep Chrome has the ability to import your Favorites/Bookmarks and Settings from Edge. That's how I did my Chrome when I decided to use it. I use all three. IE because it's always been here, Chrome just to keep familiar with it and Edge because sooner or later IE will go away. By then I'll know what I need to know to use Edge effectively.

This isn't something that's a mandatory decision. Use which ever you like most and are comfortable with. If and when change overtakes us, we'll deal with it then.

I don't get how more than one browser can be used. One is the "default" browser, right? Which means whenever ya look something up, that's the one doing what you're asking. Do ya install more than one, then go to settings/default apps/web browser and keep switching back and forth?

No, you can pin them to the taskbar, pin them to Start or put a shortcut on your desktop. Use that to open whichever browser you want. Edge is already pinned to the taskbar, here I have added Firefox and Internet Explorer to the taskbar (and pinned them to Start).

Unless I'm clicking something wrong, it's quite different adding, and later going to a favorite bookmark in edge and chrome?

To add bkmk in chrome, they don't let me just list it by itself? Has to go in a folder making extra steps to view it later? To add bkmk, I have to choose "other bkmks" (or make another folder), then to view it later = 3 dots/bkmks/other bkmks/website.

In edge, to add bkmk it says "favorites" (no folder), and I add to that. To view it later = go to the 'hub' star/click the listed website.

Chrome forces you to put favorites into "other bookmarks" folder? Cannot just have it listed by itself?

I make folders in my Chrome bookmark bar. Say "Financial or Tenforums". Click on folder in Bookmark bar, click on target.

So does Firefox, 'other bookmarks' is the default location when you add a bookmark. But you can organize your bookmarks as much as you want. You can move them out of 'other bookmarks' to a different folder, you can even create new folders of your own so you could group your bookmarks by subject type.

Here's Chrome's instructions on how to organize your bookmarks.
