    Your Internet provider has zero to do with saving to the local drive, Defender has zero to do with saving to My Documents in the Public or your own user directory. Something else has locked down you from saving to the correct directory or you are attempting to save to a system directory that is locked by nature of the OS.

    The question remains, what about this super new Folder Access feature? I now have it disarmed. Don't I want the protection? What's a body to think about this?
    That's up to you .... I don't use it, because it's kind of a PITA, as you have to manually add each folder.
