Windows cant load after program from site opened

I had a problem with my start menu, I couldnt unpin programs from it. I found a solution on this site ,which is to run this program -

Reset Start Layout in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

10 mins later I restarted my pc, and its cant loud windows. Nothing can get it running i tryed all the options on the tableshoot menu, i know its a dumb mistake to downloud programs from places you dont know, but the forums seemed genuine. Is there a way to fix this? Please help me.

Hello, and welcome to Ten Forums.

Were you having any other issues?

The .reg file from the tutorial you linked to would not be able to cause the issue you are describing since it only deletes the registry key below that automatically gets recreated the next time you sign in for a new Start layout.

    Welcome to TenForums @WhywouUdoit

i know its a dumb mistake to downloud programs from places you dont know, but the forums seemed genuine.
That is one of @Brink's tutorials from this site. They have been thoroughly tested and are usually reliable. I've just tested that one in Windows 10 version 1803, the latest build 17134.191. It works as described and I have restarted several time since applying it.

It would appear something else unconnected with the tutorial has broken your system. What exactly do you see when you restart, any error messages? What are they?

I get a blue screen, i cant add image from my phone so I found the screen by writing “windows startup blue screen” on google images and its like the second result (from lifewire), only that i have only the shutdown option and trubleshoot option. I tried all repair options on there with no sucsses. Havent downlouded any program aside from that for the last month and a half.
