Ok I got this fixed! no need to delete the service. All you need to do is to use regedit and disable the service from regedit
    for this go to:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\OneSyncSvc]

change the value for "Start" to 4 (original is 2)
This will disable the service and no more errors :)
We can turn it back on when there is a fix!

well done rezpower. A much much nicer approach then mine. And my situation is the same as yours. Guess OneSyncSvs is not showing because I do not use OneDrive....

Now that we know were the problem is coming from someone should try to contact MS and let them know so they fix it.
Btw even if I disabled this service my one drive is still working with no problem.

I set OneSyncSvc Start to 4 and it only gets rid of one message shown below. Seeing as the the message has 'Sync' in it and the Service also has Sync in it it kind of makes sense. The other messages don't have Sync in them.

Since the other messages have Session1 in them I also set OneSyncSvc_Session1 Start to 4 but that didn't do anything.

    Only error 'fixed'
    -----------------
The Sync Host_Session1 service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 10000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

Had a look through the Services in my Registry and there are a few that end in Session1 that correspond exactly to the error messages. Probably disabling all of them would get rid of the messages.

for me disabling only OneSyncSvc fixed all 4 errors. But if you still have the others try disabling all of them in the same way.

Make sure you backup your registry first :)

I set Start back to 2 and the message still don't show up in my Event Log. Have a look at this task in Task Manager. Service Host: Unistack Service Group (4). It looks like the thing that starts up all the services with the errors. It's near the end of the Process List.

You might not have it because of the Reg change you made.

I think that errors are generated at shutdown not startup.

**** Definitely at shutdown. I can tell by the times on the error messages.

I just set the OneSyncSvc start to 2 the original value and now the problem is fixed.
No more errors. Maybe the hotfixed today fixed this!?
