Can only scroll left in Reliability Monitor

    I just checked and I have the same thing, BUT if you highlight a day in the area that's visible to you, you can "scroll right" by clicking the right-arrow key and advancing the display one day at a time until you get to the most current day's entry. Worked for me, anyway. Not exactly a solution but a workaround of sorts!

Good evening. I have multiple small scroll bars on my screen whenever I am done scrolling on a page. If I hover over the scroll bars with the mouse, the 'busy' windows thingy spins around. All my drivers say they are up to date. Picture attached....
