Credential Manger does not show any of my passwords, want to fix

Hi, I have searched the site and other places to discover how to fix Credential Manger so it shows password and how to remove the passwords that are tied to websites. I am using IE 11 for web browser. On this site I did some searching but didn't find much help. I did look to see if the Device Guard Security Service was running in System Summary, msinfo32. It is not. I was going to enable it but the Tutorial I found was related to windows 10 enterprise, so I did not try it. I am an old DOS computer person so I have been around for a while.
    Thanks for any help.

Hi NGT. Welcome to the TenForums @NGT

If Credential Manager is broken then I would suggest run an inplace repair / upgrade. I recommend backing up data before doing. If you are not on V1803 it will upgrade you. Be aware.

There is this Win 8 tutorial. Can't imagine there has been any substantial changes although this does not talk to fixing Credential Manager.

Please don't take this wrong. Are you sure you are using passwords. Plenty of site have a "Remember me" check box when you sign in. This is saving a cookie. You can test by going into delete browsing history within Internet Options and delete your cookies. You would have to remove check box from the top box, "preserve favorites ......." to wipe all. Know your passwords before doing so.

As well in this panel you can also delete passwords.
