Can Microsoft PlayReady be safely removed in W10?

Hi -

I've been questioning PlayReady for some time now and I wonder if it can be safely and completely removed.

I don't find PlayReady on my computers, did you get it from the Store? If so it should be uninstallable.

PlayReady is built into apps, notably it's the DRM management in Silverlight. I don't think it's 'installed' as a separate item...
