Can't define monthly trigger in task scheduler

I want to create a task in task scheduler that runs on a monthly basis but I can't select the Months. When I click on the drop down menu to select them, nothing happens (the drop down menu doesn't appear). The same is true for the "Days" and "On" sub-options:

    OS: Win10 x64 v1803 (clean installation on a Lenovo V330-15IKB (SSD drive))

    I tried:
    Code:
    sfc /scannow
    dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
and Windows tells me that everything is fine.

In the end, I created the task manually (.xml file) and imported it. It works but I would like to solve that drop down menu issue if the solution doesn't require a clean installation.

Never mind; Google search found the XML format to edit the task manually.
(I would have edited or deleted the previous post but it does not have the pencil icon).

I see the same on 1809. Presume it to be a bug. Please report via Feedback Hub.

I am not sure what you meant by "Feedback hub", so I guessed, and submitted it using
Windows 10/Settings/Diagnostic&Feedback/Make Windows Better/Give Us Feedback

Saw a post in other thread that may be connected... Do you guys with this problem use display scaling (any other value than 100%)?

    Try setting it to 100%.

Default scaling is 125% - recommended- always used.

I know. Just pointing out, that one user discovered drop down menus won't work if scaling is not set to 100%. It was in Insiders thread, but same part of code (drivers) could be broken in 1809.

Well, well- yep, you're right.. didn't even need to log off/on after changing scaling. Thanks.
