    Yes, thank you! Changing it to 100% (temporarily) allowed the drop-down menu to work.
    Large icons at 150% makes very-large start menu icons, a single click takes my vision-impaired age 100 father straight to his web pages. Tricky part is setting the icons to match the web sites.

    Blogged about this again, and was relieved to check to see that all of my fave Windows Console applications do NOT appear to be subject to this bug. See Win10 Task Scheduler Pulldown Menus Fail - Windows Enterprise Desktop for that list. Great stuff, thanks,
