I've disabled window snap with Winaero Tweaker but dbl click on title bar still toggles full screen. How can I kill that?

    1. Right. I don't want to do that. I already use Actual Window Manager. (Turning it off had no effect.)

    2. Sergey Tkachenko shows a way to disable the vertical maximize, which appears when the mouse is balanced at the top of a window, and which I never knew existed. It didn't work for me but just to be sure, I modified the registry as suggested and logged out and in. Nothing changed.

Other comment suggests this is not possible.

Right. Guess I'll have to stop double clicking.
