My laptop desktop shows only shortcut label with no icons. File explorer also show no icons and quick access show nothing. I have the screenshot if you want to tell how to upload it. Thanks

Note: if you search the forum you may well find a similar post. I believe I recall something similar.
-I installed winaero tweaker on another account to make my taskbar more transparent but uninstalled it immediately. I also install startup sound changer to change my startup sound.
-I never connected my laptop to internet for 5 days so no updates.
-No power outage
I can't access my pc right now. But it has windows 10 Pro N, fall creator update version 1709.

Edit : Another account i used to install winaero tweakers and startup sound changer is working prefectly with no problem. I don't know why another account that I not used today is broken
The obvious suggestion is the easy one.. provided it works and you have System Restore enabled.
Use a System Restore point.
Unfortunately I don't have any restore point, and after installing those app no restore point is created.
Then do you use disk imaging routinely- something we strongly and repeatedly urge people to do? E.g. Macrium Reflect (free) + external storage for disk images.
Put another way - how do you protect your PC from corruption?

So i tried it but there is no shell icons folder on the registry and i think this is the problem. What can i do now?
Since you have one account that is ok, and another not, can you create a new account and transfer the files relevant to the non-working account to the new account?I don't know why another account that I not used today is broken
You'd also then have to deal with any other configuration issues for that account of course.
As the problem seems account related, an in-place upgrade repair install would not seem relevant.
The registry does not contain such a thing - not a folder, in terms of normal file storage.no shell icons folder on the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Icons
