widows10 upgraded now my laptop won't boot up

    Press and hold the volume up key while starting the tablet and see if the BIOS setup has an alternative boot mode, like "Auto" or "Legacy". If so, select it and see if USB shows up as a boot option.

    Press and hold the power and volume up button with the tablet powered off to get to the Lenovo menu. Select BIOS Setup from that menu.
