D:\ is not accessible after chaning the drive letter.

I changed the drive letter but when i rebooted my pc, all my files were intact but no files were in the desktop or in the taskbar, when i try to move them from the desktop file i get this alert:
    D:\ is not accessible

Hi, please post a screenshot of your partitions using Minitool Partition Wizard (free) - not Disk Management.
Expand columns as necessary so all text is visible.
to post a screenshot please use the Insert image icon above your post.

What was the drive letter of the partition or disk that is now D: ? Why did you want to change it?

Please state what sort of things are on D: E.g.
    - just data files
    - folders you have relocated to D: e.g. using the Location tab in Properties

no files were in the desktop or in the taskbar
Do you mean your desktop is now blank, but previously had files/folders/shortcuts on it?

The taskbar cannot have files 'in it'. Do you mean shortcuts that were pinned to it have disappeared?
