"Documents" folder multiplying in navigation pane
I have this problem on my fresh Windows 10 Pro x64 installtion where the documents folder keep multiplying in the file explorer navigation pane, it sometimes appears when I'm using the file explorer or leave it open in the background for a while.
The system folders (Documents, Pictures and the other system folder) are all located in OneDrive and in my case D:\OneDrive\Documents.
Like this:

And this is what happens when I leave the file explorer open for a while. I have no idea what triggers it so it is hard to reproduce. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with it being in OneDrive but I guess not since none of the other folders are acting like this.

The extra Document folders don't appear like that all at once, they appear one by one and when you wait long enough it can become like that.
My question is does anyone know what this could be caused by or how to fix this? There are no events in the event viewer that seem to be related to this problem so nothing I can show you from there.
Thanks!
Update:
I've just found the cause of this problem, it caused by OneDrive syncing the folder. The moment it starts to look for changes or update changes in the folder it will multiply and keep adding more folders one bye one.
