Svchost.exe mass suspending and OS degredation

After a couple days, all my issues are still gone.
When I posted here, I hoped this could help someone else with the same issue, maybe it still can, but it seems as if this problem miraculously disappeared.

I will mark this as solved now but for anyone experiencing the same issues, be sure to follow these steps exactly; it may very well help you too!
