Windows 10 set to Japanese - struggling to get it to English

So some how, my friend has set his default language to Japanese.

I've tried to follow youtube guides, but the windows 10 version is a little different.

Is there i can do this via powershell to get it back to English, or something i can run please?

Its hard to follow the vidoes, as i get different menus to the ones in the videos and the letters doesn't match up.

    Thanks,
    Matt

Here is the tutorial on how to change default display language.
Language - Add, Remove, and Change in Windows 10
It is, however, in English text. Hope you are proficient in translating English instructions and use them on a Japanese language computer.

I expect you are stuffed since all on the screen is in Japanese? You could use your mobile phone to Google Translate the Japanese displayed on computer screen and install an English language pack from control panel - like this https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebo...s/td-p/6521714

Else contact the languages Department of your local university for a willing student learning Japanese to help you!
