    See if you can boot using:
    a) Memtest86+ version 5.01
    Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
    MemTest86+ - Test RAM | Windows 10 Tutorials
    b) Linux/Ubuntu
    Create a bootable USB stick on Windows | Ubuntu tutorials
    Boot and run Linux from a USB flash memory stick | USB Pen Drive Linux
    c) boot rescue:
    Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk - Windows 10 Forums
    d) Windows 10 iso:
    Download Windows 10

    Simplest way to get bootable live Linux on a usb. LinuxLive USB Creator it can download one of many distros and make a USB drive bootable.

    I want to thank everyone for their help, esp. Navy. I went into BIOS and found that Legacy boot was enabled. I changed it to UEFI and the machine booted. I was able to log in and it appears to be running okay. There are other things I need to address, but will post those separately.

ok before i take this laptop to a repair shop i needed to ask for help. This is my huge problem, i installed rollbax rx trail to test it, when it rebooted i saw the BSOD. I created a iso backup using macrium so i thought i was safe but i guess not....
