    Recovery media

Can a recovery media created from one working laptop will be able to restore another same model laptop to its factory fresh or not?

It should be OK in terms of drivers. You might find you need to reactivate Windows since whatever licence files are stored won't apply to the target PC.

@Steve C cool. And what would this also restore the efi and recovery partition on my pc. I mean i have clean wiped my hard drive so after installing the new os from the recovery media created by someone. Would i be able to reset my pc factory settings at a later stage too?

Whatever backup program you use should be set to backup all partitions including the hidden system partitions. I strongly recommend using the excellent Macrium Reflect Free. I certainly don't recommend any Acronis product.

Yes you can reset the PC but you will lose your installed programs.

@Steve C. Yes i do use Marcium reflect for all my backup's but unfortunately i had already made the mistake of making the system backup using windows inbuilt backup utility which was no longer supported by Microsoft. And i did clean wiped my ssd and now i am no longer able to restore that backup with windows factory settings image in it. I don't want to spend $52 usd to order recovery media from toshiba website thats why i thought maybe someone will be able to help me out.

You can always do a clean install of vanilla Windows 10 and you won't get all the extra Toshiba software that most people find more annoying then helpful.
