    Here are some ways to see which policies are in effect:

    How to See Which Group Policies Are Applied to Your PC and User Account

    And in the Group Policy editor try using the filter:
    Some settings are hidden or managed by your..., can't get rid of it...-1.jpg

    Then when you browse group policies you only see those enabled- in force.
    (Rt click to access the filter settings)

    IT. IS. GONE! I don't know HOW, I don't know WHY but I was screwing around a bit and tadaaaaah!

    Check your update history and see when you got KB4284835. It may not be down to anything you have done. It would have gone anyway as soon as you got the June CU, as I said in post #16...

    Got the update too but I think that wasn't in effect for me. Oh well, I'm a happy puppy now!

    Mine still shows some settings are managed and I have the latest 17134.112.

    reddice try to "check for updates" in "update and security" (translated), I had the "organization managed" and it disappeared after checking ( I already had installed all upates as in your case).
