I run Classic Shell with 1803 and it runs great. If the next build doesn't support Classic Shell, they will update it as they have in the past using Classic Shell in Windows 8 and then they updated it in Windows 10

Sure, but development of CS has stopped. That's public news. Those running the latest insider build find it no longer works. It is now open source, but has no developer. Yet.

From OP For Dalchina, et al

    Hi Guys, and Dalchina,

    Am 81 now !
    Wow.

The "stuff" that really annoys me re it's being there on the left hand pane, that won't allow me to uninstall are:

    Disney Magic Kingdom
    X Box
    Mixed Reality Portal
    Mixed Reality Viewer
    My Office
    Movies and TV

There are others that pop up, won't un-install, but disappear after a few days.

Really a miserable policy of MS that they won't allow uninstalling of what you don't want.

BTW: Have MS WORD on Mac. Installed via MS Office Home and Student for Mac. (2016 I think)
    Using Parallels.
When I switch to Windows side, I understand that I can still use WORD, even though I installed
it originally on the Mac side, and box says for Mac.

How can I place an icon there to (on Windows side) to open up WORD, to create a new document ?

    Regards, and thanks,
    Bob

Bob you may want to take a look at this tutorial of ours ....

Uninstall Apps in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

Which explains some options for removing unwanted apps through various methods to suit the "stubbornness" of specific apps.

You can also ask specific questions in that thread and the author, (Our Admin Brink), should be able to assist with specific issues as and if you find them
