I have been using MyPhoneExplorer for several years and it is excellent for syncing & for general transfers but it cannot achieve the "right click on a file in Explorer and send/share it directly to my phone" that you have asked for.

Assuming that you do not always connect by USB [which would allow the Android to appear in File explorer in its own right as mentioned by @spunk], I think the closest you are going to get is by using ES file explorer [suggested above by @cereberus].
