Do you run CCLeaner? Drop Down Menu Zoom was part of the package a while ago and is there to control the right click menu that every developer seems to think is a compulsory location for a shortcut to their applications.
I do not personally use this or CCleaner any longer but that is likely to be what you are seeing, why it is operating without your input is a different matter and can only assume it's a change brought about by the owners Avast, for new installs
Edit
The other thing that shows on your image is Dell Display Manager which can be used to Zoom into the screen (I think), which is where the Zoom would be appropriate, As far as I am aware this would be an optional add-in that could be uninstalled - check the dell documentation for your system - the use for this program is with the modern 4K UHD screens where it can be useful to magnify a small section of the screen to read fixed font size info which shows very small
No idea why it would show up unless you had recently changed to a different monitor of monitor setup - of course these days many manufacturers and developers are taking the attitude that they can make a change to the way things operate and not tell ,or even ask, the user.
I use a Microsoft application Autoruns to better control what runs at startup - What I like about it is it allows you to easily disable any startup item (only when you understand any side effects), by unchecking a tick box, and later you can fully delete the entry if you are sure you will never need it - there is full documentation on the link
