    I suggest Aomei partition assistant. No crapware, and even the free ( standard) version will create bootable pe media for you.

    Sorry to hear about that. Minitool was known for being open about non wanted programs … Offer them, but didn't hide installers. Will have to check and reconsider my recommendations.
