    I suggest Aomei partition assistant. No crapware, and even the free ( standard) version will create bootable pe media for you.

    Sorry to hear about that. Minitool was known for being open about non wanted programs Offer them, but didn't hide installers. Will have to check and reconsider my recommendations.
