Windows 10: Why search in Windows 10 is not smart ? Solved

Why search in Windows 10 is not smart ?

For example I have two text files (This File Is Empty.txt and ThisFileIsEmpty.txt)

    Whenever I search a word -> Empty .

It will result only this file -> This File Is Empty.txt

Can I change setting to result two of them ?

    Thank You

There is a difference, as I've commented before on this forum, between file explorer search and Cortana file search.

file explorer search allows you to do e.g.
    *Empty.txt
whereas Cortana will prompt you to use file explorer search.

Not using * may explain your failing to find the file.

If I have a file doc-34.txt, note that 34.txt will not find it; *34.txt will, using file explorer.

Further: Cortana document search really requires you to click the document filter as well, and only returns results indexed by Windows search.

File explorer will return search results fast if all folders below the current point are indexed, else search is slow.

Recommended: free 3rd party tools that use reg ex expressions and a range of search filters (date, size etc).
    Locate32 (which I prefer)
Everything by voidtools which many like - I find it has more overheads. And you need the beta bersion to get more options last I looked.
    Ultrasearch

All work on the same principle- the GUI differs. All produce find-as-you-type results across all files and folders indexed by that program. They do not provide content indexing, whereas Windows search does.

    I clearly understand. Thank You!
