Scaling set to 125 % but most of the apps are blurry - How to fix it ?

Scaling set to 125 % but most of the apps are blurry as well as the control panel - How to fix it ?

I have tried also the new option from advance scaling settings, the "Let Windows try to fix apps so they are not blurry" but i get the same thing. I have looked all over the internet and had not found any fix for this.

Things are ok when I set the scaling to 100% but every other scaling option makes the most of the programs blurry as well as the control panel. This problem is going for a long time since windows 10 is around and I cant understand why microsoft still has not done anything about it.

If anyone found a way around to make this work the proper way to share please.

I have tried those ,, wherever you do , fonts are still blurry for most of the programs .... any other solution ?

this was the first thing i did :))) it is not doing the job ...

tried this ,, looks better but i cant enter now my settings menu ,, the font did something that causes system not to open settings or display options from the right click on the desktop. The other thing was i had a password set on my account and one changed the phone by this tut I simple couldn't login, the screen was just not displaying the password box and i had to remove my pass by hirens boot cd to enter the account. So how can I turn back the default font ?

Just want to tell you that i have finally fixed it ... I used the Windows 10 DPI blurry / fuzzy text font fix - XP Explorer set the custom dpi to 105 % and enabled the clear type , now my fonts look the way I want Thank you for the help.
