HELP! Time's Changed And Now I'm In Central America

Since day one this has been my Date/Time/Location Region settings. Somewhere in the last 24 hours this has changed on it's own. If I disable Set Time Auto & Set Time Zone Auto, I can revert the Time Zone back to Central US & Canada. If I re-enable the Auto switches I revert back to Central America, a one hour difference. I've tried everything I can find to "fix" this with NO success.

What am I missing or doing wrong? Thanks for any help and appreciate your input.

Hi Clayton! Didn't you have a similar problem with that a while back? MS and their time zones has been an off and on and off thing for a long time (no pun intended). Every now and then, you see another "fix" to time zones pop up in a cumulative. No idea why it's so difficult to do for them. Anyway, only successful settings I've ever had that would work and stick are like what you did. Don't let MS auto set you zone. You are not going bonkers!

Clayton, one more thing. Might want to make sure you are using the National Institute of Standards time sync, not MS.

No VPN or Proxy. Know just enough about them to get me into trouble.

Thanks @f14tomcat for the recommendations. And yes I'm set to time.inst.gov. Everything's set to Manual rather than Auto now. In days gone by I didn't trust any of the MS Auto settings. Win 10 being so new to me, I accepted most of the defaults. Looks like I'm migrating back to my old habits. At the same time, I'll mark this as solved.

It's an odd bug alright. Thanks for the help, didn't think of it being a flaw in the OS. I worried I'd managed to get some unwanted piece of software. "Leaving Set time zone automatically" is the culprit. Disabled and I stay with the correct time and location.
