How to auto run .BIN file when USB drive is inserted?

I have a game ROM that is in BIN format that I've set to open automatically with an emulator. How do I set it so the BIN file can auto load when the USB drive is inserted? l tried to make a autorun.inf file but it didn't work. Thanks for your help.

I know that you can "Mount" an ISO file in Windows 10, yet I don't know about BIN files.

I found that there's a 3rd party program that can do that. Check this link:
How to Mount ISOs and Other Disc Images on Windows, Mac, and Linux

The app is called WinCDEmu. I've never tried it, yet that link has pictures of what it looks like. I hope this helps.

What do you mean by "auto load?" Do you want to automatically run the emulator when you insert the USB?

What I mean is I want the BIN file to automatically load when the usb drive is inserted. The BIN file is the game, and I set the emulator (the executable program) to be the default program that opens the BIN file. So now if I click the BIN file, the emulator will launch and automatically boots the game. So my question is how I can automatically load the BIN file (thus launching the emulator which boots the BIN) when I insert the usb drive.

For obvious security reasons, Windows doesn't allow autorun on USB drives since it was a very easy way to spread malware.

There are a few ways to get around this if you only need to do this on machines you have control over:
    1. Install a 3rd-party utility, such as Safely Remove Hardware better alternative | USB Safely Remove or APUSB 47 - LeeLu Soft Home
    2. Write a Powershell script and keep it running in the background: windows - Starting scheduled task by detecting connection of USB device - Super User
