Taskbar keep refreshing

My windows taskbar keep refreshing every 2 minutes and this problem make my games minimized , i dont know what to do , here are event log maybe will help

I've tryed everything from here How to fix taskbar search problems in Windows 10 | Windows Central , also i dont have idt audio codecs to unistal , i really dont know what to do anymore

Please describe the symptoms of your problem. The term 'refresh' is normally only used when talking about the contents / apparent contents of folders so I do not know what you mean when you use it to comment on the taskbar.

On one of my computers, a maker's built-in facility minimises all open windows if I swipe down on the touchpad. If you had not mentioned the taskbar but just the minimising I would have suggested checking Touchpad & mouse settings.

Wasnt the video driver issue or i dont know , i just instaled an older version of windows 10 , thank u for trying

I've tryed that , i actualy tryed everything on google that says remove windows hello for bussiness but no succes , some ppl said about some sort of codec IDM audio or something like that who was make that problem but didint have instaled that , tryed many thing , not even one solve my problem , just instaled older vers of windows and its all good

Also now and when i had lastest windows update , i have problems with 2 monitors , the mouse block every 4 sec and even block the entire pc if i have second monitor on .... i dont even want to solve this problem cause this windows is entire retarded
