The Diagnostic Data Viewer is a Windows app that lets you review the diagnostic data your device is sending to Microsoft, grouping the info into simple categories based on how it's used by Microsoft.

Is it something you advise me using or are there privacy or other reasons not to enable it?

The data is there regardless if you turn it on or leave it off. The only reason to enable is to view the data. Either you want to view the data or not. There is no other reasons. :)

    Hope that helps. :)

The data it displays for you is somewhat cryptic. It is a Store App, and the description can be viewed by turning on the option in Privacy temporarily and it will take you to the MS Store where you can install the app. For the normal user, it has little value. Your choice. A couple of screen shots from the Store App page. It does say it will consume 1GB of space on your drive while enabled.

And, you will need to opt-out of sending usage data for this App to MS. If not, they (MS) will gather data on how you are looking at what they are collecting about you. It's a free app, so remember...... "If the product is free, you are the product".

Since I am a normal user, I will not enable it.
