Leave one letter out and apply, then rename it again.

Windows file and folder names are not case sensitive, therefore a rename only containing case changes will not be applied. Change the name to something else, then change it again to what you'd prefer.

The trick you told me worked i'm thankful for Both of you but in the previous build 1709 it was case sensitive is there a fix or workaround for this issue cause it's annoying ?
PS: this issue only on flash drives
