Computer restarts randomly - No BSOD

My PC randomly restarted itself for the 3rd time in 2 days.
Yesterday after a 2nd event I have disabled automatic restarts on system failure. Today computer has shut itself down and powered back on regardless while I was in other room. No entries in system log for today, however there is an entry from yesterday and bunch of the same ones dating back to February (computer only started restarting yesterday)
Event viewer shows this in every event it recorded

Now for the strange part, I need SMB and I use it, I have a drive plugged into my router that I use to exchange files between 2 computers in the house. I went to features in order to see if disabling SMB will help, however all SMB features are already disabled. WTF?
Is someone trying to remotely access my machine?

Try going to http://www.osronline.com/page.cfm?name=Analyze and upload your %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP file and post the results here. Maybe we can gleam something from the logs.

I was able to determine that what I initially thought doesn't seem to be the cause.
I formated C: yesterday and installed a fresh copy of Win 10 Home
This morning computer crashed twice, literally 2 minutes apart.
This is the log of the error event that happens right before the crash
Also there is no dump file for this crash.
As a matter of fact I was hoping for a BSOD or something, but PC restarts even though i have it set to NOT automatically restart after crash, and doesn't save anything to dump.

I might suspect hardware problem, probably bad PSU.

Well, look's like an memory incompatibility problem. Can I ask you why, you have 2 different memory manufacturer's installed in your motherboard? Try installing Windows with Corsair only and check to see what happen's. Hopefully everything will work :)

Highly doubtful that Seasonic would start failing like that. But I did take that option into consideration already and tried to achieve max. power draw by running Prime 95 and Furmark in the same time for considerable amount of time. Both CPU and GPU were under 100% load. PSU seem not phased at all

So I am back as problem is still happening after reinstalling a fresh copy of Win 10...
But I am not getting any other errors like before. Only shutdowns and Kernel Power 41 63.
I needed extra 16GB and pronto, they didn't have corsairs at the time and also corsairs thanks to their large radiators would not fit in slots 1 and 2 with the Phanteks cooling tower installed on my CPU.

I have run sfc /scannow and it has found some problems and repaired them, will see if the issue persists.
I had been running this RAM set up for a while now and it was not causing problems before, doubt it would start.
Overall I am considering downgrading back to Win 7, 10 is still beta test experiment not suited for work. Photoshop + network printers + windows 10 = nightmare

Given that problems started with Fall Creators Update, going back to 7 will most likely help.

- In my case it turned out to be an overheating problem. That laptop breathes in from underneath but there was a lot of gunge in the vents & its rubber feet had worn down to the bone.
- After fixing it I installed Speccy so I can keep an eye on its temperature.

I cannot say that your problem is necessarily overheating but you might want to check your cooling arrangements and install something like Speccy so you can keep an eye on temperatures.

Probably not since crashes can happen in idle as well when my CPU has 28 degrees. I keep my PC clean and dust free and vacuum all the dust once a week. I have obsidian 750D with 2 large intake fans in the front, 3x120 exaust on top and 1x140 in the back. My computer is cool as cucumber.
I have even again run torture test in prime95 and Furmark at the same time, for 2 hours and no crash occurred. Temps normal.

Just happened again when I was playing Atilla Total War right now, PC rebooted and then immidiately after desktop came on it rebooted itself again.
Win 10 is going out the window for me. They can shove this half done product up their rectums.

I was having similar problems with my computer, also usb ports not working sometimes, a new motherboard solved the problems. Not sure how you check a motherboard, I found it was the motherboard by process of elimination because everything was checking out ok
