Start menu search can't find some applications

I am unable to search for some applications on my new laptop. I have tried rebuilding the index and restarting twice now with these options:



For example, both Chrome and Firefox are installed and have icons in the start menu, both show up under "Most Used" and both are listed under their letters in the listing, but only Chrome shows up under search. AND Chrome only shows up when I have finished spelling Chrome. "Chrom" does not bring up anything

I can find windows apps such as Calculator (shows up when I type "ca") or windows snipping tool (shows up when I type "sn")

I also have Telegram installed, but even typing "Telegram" just brings me to windows store link

Here's my Indexing Options. (You will most likely not have ~600,000 items like it shows in mine [because I have many files in my back up drives), but you should make sure there's a check next to your main drive C:\ and all the folders in checked under it, like in my picture. Yet one important note: Make sure that you see WinSxS (or just make sure not to check the Windows folder) is listed in the Excluded list. There's a file in there that always causes the Indexer to crash. Microsoft still needs to address that issue sometime.]
