If its blocked by your av, I wouldn't try circumventing it.

I would not suggest that anyone clicks to any site these days that does not use proper security,

The site you list uses the old HTTP protocol rather than the secure HTTPS protocol. Most Antimalware suites will these days block the old HTTP protocol sites - I No my Bitdefender does this, but does provide a screen or two that advises of issues and potential for data loss before allowing you to override their advice (This is Pro Comercial Not Free Version).

As the screen you are getting does appear to be some form of advert for software the site may have been corrupted recently.

If you are insistant to get to the site check the Options in your AV paying attention to those to do with Web protection, you may be able to either switch off the web protection at some level or add the website to an exception list.

I have to add that I do not recommend you ignore the advice given by to you by the AV system, but it is you system and your risk to take
