    Hello all : Every time I reboot my computer this link opens ?? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...?os=windows-10

    Anyway to stop this ? thanks

    Check your startup items, there may be an app that causes that webpage to open. Also check whether you are not in Safe Mode. That webpage should only open if you restarted from safe mode. Otherwise, try to uninstall the Tips app
