After 1803 Update color problem, Screenshot available

hi everyone.
just updated to the 1803 and this weird color thing is showed up. i do not know how to describe it.

it is happening when watching movie or when i open a game.
when watching movie it comes and goes.. some times it stays corrupted.
tried to play Paladins last night and it is happening every time i lunch the game. when i alt tab to the desktop it is fine...

I have the same problem on my 2400g with Gigabyte GA-AB350N-Gaming-WIFI motherboard.

i looked tru lots of forums and reported 1803 bugs but this one is not reported yet.
i did not find any solution, couldn't downgrade, so installed 1607.
it took less time to install fresh than search for fix.

I have the latest version of graphics driver, still it isn't fixing my problem.

I have the same issues too. I have Ryzen 3 vega graphics, radreon 535 video card, windows 1803. All are updated. When I tried to play fullscreen games like dota 2, the color inverts. But when I tried to change the screen settings to windowed, it go back to normal

I experience a similar issue, color can be corrected by going to
Color Management >>
Setup your own color profile
Whenever the color goes wrong, switch to your own profile, goes wrong again, switch back to the factory color profile.
It's not a long term solution, but it can temporary fix the issue at the time you using the software. It won't happen until you use certain software which trigger the issue again...
My issue isn't in game, it's in some software like acrobat reader...T_T
