    Your screenshot shows you already have the shortcuts from the ZIP file, so you wouldn't need it.

    Now, does anybody know how I can make that work with the Win+x key, or a right click on the start icon. . . ?

    Like it used to do.

    I understand you can have Command Prompt on the right-click of Start or PowerShell but not both, that's why I put Command Prompt on the Taskbar. There may be something in the Tutorials section about doing it.

    Doesn't really matter which you have on the Win+X menu, each can switch to the other once opened.

    In Powershell you can type CMD, or in a command prompt type POWERSHELL. In both, type EXIT to switch back.
