When does this start? What I mean is... does it start to freeze immediately? Or after you've been using it for awhile? What temp.'s are you reaching? Does it happen only when you're using the Source Game Engine? Have you tried other Engines , Unity etc.? Does it happen when you have multiple tabs/desktops open? 8 Gigs sounds like a fairly small amount of memory for developing games. How about drivers? You mentioned that it seemed to occur mostly when you had removable drives in the USB ports, have you looked at those? Lastly, you mention reinstalling multiple times with no relief. Is it better right away after a reinstallation and then get worse?

OKAY so. The temps for my CPU stay around 50 degrees Celsius, and that's pretty good for an AMD processor like mine. The Memory Isn't the issue, because sometimes i simply leave my windows running while i go cook with nothing open and it does the freeze thing. It seems to happen when windows has been running for a while, but event logs and etc show nothing. I've tried switching boards at this point, and not even that has helped. I don't understand why this suddenly started happening. Right after a fresh install it seems flawless until the first time it happens, (usually about an hour or two in) then its more common from there on.
    P.S.
For Source game Development, You don't require as much Memory as you do GPU and CPU speed, So this leads me to believe its not the reason, especially since it happens without me touching source sometimes.
I Do Appreciate people like you guys on this forum helping each other and getting things to work.

Hmmmmmm, I say as I scratch my head :) , doing a little research as we speak and am having some trouble finding what I'm looking for so have nothing else to offer at this moment. But will be checking back in a bit. A couple more questions, if you don't mind, have you had any hardware changes lately? Software maybe? Is your Bios up to date? Your problem seems almost "unique", at least with the remedies/diagnostics you've already done. One last question, has this started recently or has this copy of Win10 always had this problem?

One more thing... I usually don't like to recommend third party software but have you ran/tried :

Download WhoCrashed Free Home Edition - MajorGeeks

It has helped me track down some of the more esoteric crashes before. No guarantees mind you but it has helped in the past.

OH, and welcome to the Forums btw!

Okay. So. Just reinstalled Once more, and it hasn't hit "The Problem" yet, but The only hardware change ive had is a new CPU fan, which has no thermal issues, so I don't think that's the problem. The copy of windows 10 was perfectly fine until about a month after I installed the new cooler. I will try that new tool next time it occurs.

    P.S.
    Thanks for welcoming me
