Windows 10 Search not Working

I decided to search something in the Windows 10 search bar yesterday - and it didn't work. Typing something led to a blank result box. I've tried everything I could think of. I even tried YouTube tutorials. I also noticed something else. In the task manager, my memory is being used a LOT more. When no app is open, (even in the background) It uses about 30% of the memory. I've never seen this before. If you need a list of my installed applications or something else, just ask. Here's a screenshot of the broken search results:
