OK, did that. But now the window is transparent. I know I had a setting in my old Windows 10 where the window I was dragging was translucent - I could still see the contents of the window I was dragging and also see the window(s) below it.
Possibly in Settings/Ease of Access/Other options/Play animations, turn on to get the desired effects.
After clean install, was there a followup to update drivers, possibly to explain the five-second delay?
I followed up with a "Check for Updates." you've been a lot of help to me. Thanks very much..........
