    I don't know what's with the 5 second thing...

    but, if you want dragged windows to be translucent, uncheck the setting I posted about earlier...

    OK, did that. But now the window is transparent. I know I had a setting in my old Windows 10 where the window I was dragging was translucent - I could still see the contents of the window I was dragging and also see the window(s) below it.

    Possibly in Settings/Ease of Access/Other options/Play animations, turn on to get the desired effects.

    After clean install, was there a followup to update drivers, possibly to explain the five-second delay?

This is not new for me, but I'm curious if anyone else notices. Frequently, when I hover over a file or folder, nothing happens. No popup. It's annoying. There is no pattern...completely random. I suspect there is not fix, but maybe??

Hi, in Windows 10 is there any way to focus a window if I hover my mouse cursor over it for half a second (or thereabout)? This is what I had enabled on Windows 8.1 and I preferred that setup.
