Dual booting Windows 10 and 7

I have a machine with the following specs:

    i5 3570K
    8GB DDR3 1600
    Z77 Pro4-M
    HD7950
    1x1TB WD Blue (D:\ and F:\ Windows 7 x64)
    1x250GB Seagate Surveillance HDD (C:\) (Windows 10 x64)

Windows 7 is installed on the 1TB drive, and Windows 10 is installed on the 250GB drive. At times (still pinpointing), I get a 'Check Disk for Errors message' in the notification area. So I did a chkdsk /f for both C:\ and D:\, and this is what I get:

    Code:
Checking file system on D:The type of the file system is NTFS.A disk check has been scheduled.Windows will now check the disk. I have disabled hybrid sleep and hibernation on both OS, but I sometimes get this error. Both Seatools and CrystalDiskInfo report that all drives are perfectly healthy.

Please do advise me on this issue.

How did you disable hibernation on the Windows 10 installation?
Normally turning off Fast Start-up in Windows 10 will stop this error from occurring.

I disabled it in the power options menu, alongside with powercfg -h /off in the cmd.
