1803: Cannot change/remove input methods/languages?

    Can someone please check if they have fixed this? I see some language-related fixes in the latest cumulative update. Perhaps they did something about this, too.

    Installed 1803 again myself: Microsoft hasn't fixed anything. Fortunately, the above tip works. While it does remove the other languages from the language list (not just the keyboard language list), their optional features (speech etc.) remain installed, so all is good... until MS breaks it again.

    The workaround still mostly works (1809) but Windows will reset the custom language list fairly often and it has to be re-applied. It's incredible that Microsoft has allowed this to slip by: we cannot add/remove keyboard input languages alone!

    Someone (Insider?) please let them know. I tried other ways of communication (Feedback Hub, MS forum) to no avail.
