Same error here after 1803 update. I don't even use spell checkings on my Win 10.
This happens on every reboot and also when i go to settings.
According to this answers.MS thread, it's related to (occurs only on) systems with multiple languages installed. No fixes are published just yet, but MS is aware of this and hopefully something should happen soon. In the meantime, there are plenty of polyglot members here at TenForums who regularly address multi-language installation and related issues, including @Kari @jimbo45 @slicendice @Barman58 @Brink. Surely, somebody has one or more ideas on this topic?
Thanks,

Interesting!
I always use EN_US Windows only, because no other language make any sense to me when it comes to IT. :)
Will check out this issue in Finnish and Swedish editions of Windows 10 version 1803, once I have more time to analyze the error. :)
I filtered this on my event viever on temporary, let's hope MS will fix this.
I also noticed that this appears every time when I type something in modern settings ands sometimes modern apps too.
Same error here, since 1803 update. ...... And US English is the Win 10 language, even if I'm in Italy.
Location setting = US.
