Seems 1803 upgrade has problems, I rolled back to 1709
Found problems
The apple airport printer can't print
Network Center can't click out 'Change adapter settings', so you can't disable a connection

Maybe it would a good idea to post all 1803 problems and fixes or workarounds, if possible.

No problems here! My desktop PC was offered the 1803 upgrade early on the 1st May through the regular settings update feature, both my laptops got the update on the 2nd May, I had no need to use the MCT, and I have never been an Insider?
If you're having network printing problems, check you don't have IPv6 support enabled on your network adapter when your local network only actually supports IPv4. MS removed more "transition technologies" in this release and this breaks things like file/printer sharing if it's trying to use IPv6 (which it seems to prefer) in those situations. Unfortunately though you would of course need to get to adapter settings and it sounds like that's an issue too? It's working for all my pro/home installations at the moment so there may be another issue on your system preventing access to it.
