Its hard to explain this, so i will try my best to describe this as best i can.
Just recently (1hr. ago) my pc crashed for reasons i have no idea why. Then when my pc booted back up again, i get a start menu that won't go away. I took a screenshot of what i am speaking about. Some help with this issue would be great, Thanks
It appears that you have set the Start screen to Full page, it should go away by clicking on the Windows icon again. :) You can go in settings to the Personalization and try turning the Full off under Start close to the bottom.

Press the Windows and "R" keys simultaneously, type "rstrui.exe" into the "Open" box, click "OK" and see if you have a recently created restore point. If so, use it.
